- Gets three-level settings
India launch soon
Kawasaki has updated its famous middleweight brands – the Ninja 650 and the Z650 with a very important feature – a traction control system.
The Japanese brand has introduced this safety feature on the 2023 versions of these bikes. The bikes get a three-level traction control system. In mode 1, the system prevents wheel spin during quick acceleration and in mode 2, the system works on low-traction surfaces like poorly surfaced roads and wet manhole covers. This system can be switched off completely and Kawasaki considers that as its mode 3.
Kawasaki India has been selling the Ninja 650 and the Z650 for many years now. It has sold in good numbers as the combination of good performance, brand value and pricing makes it quite enticing. Now with the 2023 model, we can expect a slight bump in price, but it’s a great feature to have in a country like India.
