Kawasaki has inaugurated a new dealership in Coimbatore. Located at CKS Towers, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore, the showroom is the 12th of its kind in the country and is spread over an area of 2,300 sq ft.
While Kawasaki already has a showroom in Chennai, the strong demand for its motorcycles called for the setting up of this second showroom in Tamil Nadu. Besides housing a showroom, Kawasaki Coimbatore also integrates an exclusive service centre spread over 650 sq ft. The staff at the service centre and showroom has undergone specialised training in management of sales, service, spare parts and customer service.
Speaking during the launch of the showroom, Mr Yutaka Yamashita, MD, India Kawasaki Motors said, “We have established a new dealership in Coimbatore where our customers can easily view our product and where we can communicate with our customer. We will strive to increase our sales and service network continuously.”
Kawasaki has been taking its expansions plans for India quite seriously. Besides strengthening its network, Kawasaki has also launched a wide range of motorcycles ranging from the quarter-litre naked Z250, right up to the extreme Ninja H2. Kawasaki currently has 12 motorcycles in its Indian portfolio, of which six are locally assembled at the company’s facility in Pune.
