- Kawasaki teases hyper-naked supercharged Z for the second time
- Will feature a full TFT instrument console
- Official unveil on 23 October
Following the first teaser video released by Kawasaki only a few weeks ago, the Japanese bike maker has released yet another teaser video revealing a few more details of the supercharged hyper-naked. The video ends with the date 23 October, which hopefully is the official reveal date of the new motorcycle.
The video begins with the close-up view of the bike’s front end featuring a twin-LED headlamp setup flanked by a petite windscreen adorning the Kawasaki River Mark logo - the historic emblem of Kawasaki Heavy Industries. Next detail is the full-TFT instrument console that will feature on the supercharged hyper-naked. The screen will be accompanied by other tell-tale bits including a cruise control, an engine immobilizer and Kawasaki developed traction control system apart from the standard ones.
The next part of the video showcases the mighty supercharged motor borrowed from the H2 and the H2 SX being strapped into the green finished tubular chassis. Furthermore, the video reveals the presence of air intake scoops present on the fuel tank to channel cool air into the supercharger. The sequence is accompanied by the sound of the supercharger spinning at a high rpm complete with the distinctive chattering sound. Keep watching this space for more update on Kawasaki’s upcoming supercharged Z hyper-naked.
