Kawasaki has released a teaser video along with a website of its upcoming Z1000 motorcycle. This is the first time the Japanese manufacturer has revealed something official about the motorcycle. The company is marketing the teaser campaign as “Call of the Wild” with the forest and panther in the footage.
The teaser video reveals very little information about the motorcycle but the enormous rear tyre, quad exhaust, and the typical Z1000 headlight with quad lamps are visible. The current Z1000 replacer is believed to be powered by 998cc ZX-10R engine and ditch the old ZX-9R derived 1043cc engine.
The new Z1000 will be unveiled on November 5 which is just two days before the 2013 EICMA event. Expect the motorcycle to be displayed at this show along with other Kawasaki products. Will this motorcycle to make its way to India? We believe that there is a high chance of this happening and it should be roughly about eight months after its global launch.
