- Will unveil two bikes in Tokyo and three bikes at Milan
- Likely to include the Ninja ZX-25R and new W800
- Could also unveil a supercharged naked motorcycle
Kawasaki is set to unveil five new motorcycles by the end of this year as part of its 2020 line-up.
The Japanese manufacturer has revealed that it will unveil two bikes at the Tokyo Motor Show on 23 October and three motorcycles at the EICMA which will be held in Italy on 4 November. Out of these five bikes in total, we can speculate about only three motorcycles. One is highly likely to be the Ninja ZX-25R that will come powered by a 250cc, inline-four engine which produces nearly 46bhp of power.
The manufacturer recently released a teaser suggesting that a supercharged naked motorcycle could also be on the cards. This motorcycle is expected to be part of Kawasaki’s ‘Z’ streetfighter range. Furthermore, one of the three bikes could also be a new W800 model which is likely to be christened the W800 Classic. The retro-styled motorcycle is likely to receive more blacked-out and modern parts to set it apart from the W800 Street and W800 Café. While there are no details regarding the other two bikes, we expect them to be model year updates. Stay tuned for more details about the upcoming Kawasaki motorcycles as the unveil dates inch closer.
