- Kawasaki W175 Street priced at Rs 1.35 lakh
- Offered in two colours
- Also available in an affordable version
Kawasaki recently launched the W175 Street in India with a price tag of Rs 1.35 lakh, ex-showroom and is offering the motorcycle in a choice of two colour options.
First up is the Candy Emerald Green that comes with a dark green tank that sports green and golden stripes. The rest of the motorcycle’s bodywork is done up in black. Then there is the Metallic Moondust Grey colour option that includes yellow graphics on the tank. And just like the other colours, it sports black on the panels. However, to further accentuate the motorcycle, it gets yellow pinstripes on the wheels.
Now, the biggest difference on the W175 Street is the inclusion of alloy wheels and tubeless tyres. This has changed the seat height, ground clearance and wheelbase on the Street.
However, the engine remains the same and continues to be a 177cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. This churns out 12.8bhp and 13.2Nm and is mated to a five-speed gearbox. Underpinning the motorcycle is a double cradle frame with telescopic forks and dual-springs. Braking is handled by a disc at the front and drum at the rear.
