Kawasaki has revealed the 2022 iteration of the W800 for international markets. And as part of the update, the retro-style motorcycle receives a new colour scheme.
This new colour scheme called Candy Fire Red features on the fuel tank that also features white stripes as highlights. The side panels, on the other hand, are finished in black. Moreover, the 2022 paint option further adds to the W800’s classic look that already has a tonne of chrome. Its engine and forks have a polished silver finish whereas the mirrors, fenders, handlebar, and levers are all chrome.
And apart from the new colour, the 2022 Kawasaki W800 remains the same as the previous model. It uses a 773cc, parallel-twin engine that produces 47.3bhp and 62.9Nm of torque and comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. As for cycle parts, the Kawasaki W800 rides on telescopic forks upfront and twin-shocks at the rear. Meanwhile, the braking setup consists of a single disc brake at both ends along with dual-channel ABS.
Now that the 2022 model has been revealed, it will make its way to global markets soon. However, we can expect it to make its way to India only by early 2022.
