The first proper images of the Kawasaki Z1000 have been leaked two days ahead of its official debut at the 2013 EICMA (2013 International Cycle and Motorcycle Accessories Exhibition). The 2014 Z1000 seems to have retained the same overall styling can be seen now in a more aggressive form.

Visible changes to the motmorcycle include a new design for the headlight cowl with quad projectors and a slightly more aggressive stance than the outgoing bike. Reports also suggest that this bike’s engine will now be producing 140bhp as compared to the 2013 model’s 136bhp. This is the output of the fully faired Z1000SX. The new Z1000 also gets ABS, dual riding mode, and a three-stage traction control.
We will get the Z1000 in India along with the smaller Z800 sometime next year as per our source, making it the first non-Ninja moniker products from the Japanese two-wheeler maker to reach our shores.
