Kawasaki India has announced the ‘Good Times Voucher’ for its middleweight motorcycle, the Z650 and W800 in our market. The Z650 roadster is available with a voucher worth Rs 35,000 while it is Rs 1,25,000 for the W800. Buyers can use these vouchers against the ex-showroom prices of the aforementioned motorcycles. Do note that this offer is valid for a limited period only and it is available only in December 2022.
Meanwhile, Kawasaki has updated its international portfolio with the launch of the 2023 Ninja 650 and 2023 Z650, and both motorcycles now benefit from a two-level traction control system. The 2023 Ninja 650 has already arrived in the Indian market while the 2023 Z650 is yet to be launched.
Apart from the updated rider aids, the 2023 Kawasaki Z650 also gets new colours. Internationally, the 2023 model is listed in three colours – Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Gray with Ebony, Metallic Phantom Silver with Metallic Carbon Gray, and Metallic Spark Black with Metallic Flat Spark Black.
Meanwhile, the mechanical specifications remain unaltered and the 2023 Z650 retains the 649cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine. It is linked to a six-speed gearbox that produces a maximum output of 67bhp at 8,000rpm and a peak torque of 64Nm at 6,700rpm. While Kawasaki India is yet to reveal the Indian launch details of the updated Z650, we expect this motorcycle to reach our shores in early 2023.
