- Both the standard and RS trims will get new colour schemes
- Likely to be launched in the European market first
- Could be brought to India as well
Kawasaki has teased a few new paint schemes for its Z650 and Z900 lineup. Both models, the standard and the RS will receive the said update in the European market first. We expect the same to debut in India as well.
The Kawasaki Z650 will benefit from Metallic Spark Black/Red and Metallic Spark Black/Green liver liveries while its RS version will come with Ebony, Ebony/Green and Ebony/Yellow options. On the other hand, the Z900RS feature the Ino Red colour option. It will comprise a primary coat of dark red with golden and white stripes.
Apart from the said new colour schemes, the Z twin are likely to remain unchanged. The design, hardware, engine, and features will be as they are on the current motorcycles. Kawasaki could debut the latest Z650, Z650RS, and the Z900RS in a phased manner in the next two quarters.
Currently, the brand offers the Z650, the Z650RS, and the Z900RS in a single paint scheme in the Indian market. We expect Kawasaki India to introduce the new colours here as well. The asking price for the Z650 and the Z650RS is set at Rs. 6,65,000, and Rs. 6,99,000, respectively. Meanwhile, the Z900RS costs Rs. 16,80,000 (all, ex-showroom, Delhi).
