India Kawasaki Motors has introduced a limited edition model of the Z800 for the Indian market. Priced at Rs 7.50 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), only 10 units will be sold in India.
This limited edition model gets black and blue paint scheme, which looks pretty good on this naked motorcycle. The fuel tank and the tail section has a mix of both the colour, whereas the bikini fairing gets an additional red stripe. On the side too, the Z800 gets a tiny red decal. To go with the overall colour scheme, Kawasaki has put blue stripes on the alloy-wheels too.
Mechanically, nothing has changed. The engine continues to be powered by the same 806cc inline-four liquid-cooled engine, which produces 111bhp and 83Nm of torque. When it comes to pricing, the Japanese manufacturer has priced this limited edition at Rs 7.50 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) - Rs 15,000 more than the standard model. At this pricing, it isn't a bad deal to get a limited edition Kawasaki home.
