- The Gulf paint scheme is currently exclusive to China
- Powered by an air-cooled motor
- Gets the same features
Keeway recently entered the Indian two-wheeler market with its three offerings of which one is the Sixties 300i retro scooter. While the Hungarian marquee offers only three paint schemes for the Indian market, it has recently launched a Gulf Livery edition of the Sixties 300i in China.
The design is the same as the India-spec model but the new paint scheme of light blue and orange bumps up the aesthetic quotient. In the Gulf livery, the Keeway Sixties 300i comes draped in light blue on the side panels and the front end with orange highlights on the headlight bezel and below.
It gets the same design and features but unlike the India-spec Keeway Sixties 300i’s liquid-cooled setup, the Chinese model gets an air-cooled system. The displacement is the same at 278.2cc but the output figures are higher than the model sold here – 21.45bhp and 23.5 Nm. For reference, the Sixties 300i sold in our country makes 18.5bhp and 21Nm.
That said, the suspension setup, braking hardware and wheels are the same. While Keeway India currently sells the Sixties 300i only in three paint schemes, we hope it does bring the Gulf Livery here as well.
