The Kinetic E-Luna’s asking price has been revealed on a few e-commerce websites, including Amazon and Flipkart. The indigenous EV is priced at Rs. 74,990 (ex-showroom) and can be bought online. Apart from that, other details of the E-Luna have also been revealed.
It will get a 2kWh battery with 110km of range. The E-Luna’s motor capacity is 2kW and it gets a maximum speed of 52kmph. The overall structure is quite bare basic and the E-Luna gets bulb-type illumination with a digital console for the speedometer, odometer, trip meter, battery status, and other tell-tale details.
The E-Luna is suspended on telescopic front forks and dual rear springs. Then, the brakes include drum units at both ends mounted on 16-inch spoke wheels with tube-type tyres. The E-Luna weighs 96kg and is being offered in two colours – Ocean Blue and Mulberry Red. Its charging time is four hours as listed on the aforementioned sites.
Apart from the E-Luna, there aren’t any other thorough electric mopeds on sale. TVS does offer the XL100 but it is petrol-powered.
