- Officially launched earlier this month
- No change in prices
The recently-launched colour options of the KTM 125 Duke and 200 Duke have started reaching dealerships in India. The Austrian bike maker officially introduced these new paint schemes for its Duke series earlier this month.
The new Ceramic White colour scheme of the 125 Duke is the swankiest among all the new colours of its bigger siblings. It sports a white shade on its headlamp cowl, fuel tank, and sub-frame. Meanwhile, the tail section and alloy wheels are finished in vibrant orange. This paint scheme will be sold alongside Electronic Orange which has been in the market for a while now.
As for the new Dark Silver Metallic colour of the 200 Duke, it looks more subtle with a grey treatment on its front fender and fuel tank, while the tail, alloy wheels, and some portion of the tank are dipped in orange paint. This new trim has joined the existing Electronic Orange colour scheme of the 200 Duke. Interestingly, their prices remain unchanged at Rs 1.78 lakh and Rs 1.92 lakh for the 125 Duke and 200 Duke, respectively (both prices are ex-showroom).
The 125 Duke is powered by a 124.7cc, liquid-cooled mill that produces 14.3bhp and 12Nm of peak torque. Whereas, the 200 Duke runs on a 199.5cc motor that’s good for 25.4bhp and 19.5Nm. Both engines come mated to a six-speed gearbox. Other common elements include upside-down front forks, a rear monoshock, ByBre disc brakes at both ends, and a 13.5-litre fuel tank.
