Styling
The KTM 200 Duke receives styling inspiration from the bigger 1290 SuperDuke that is sold internationally. Hence, it is aggressive all through and borrows bodywork from the 250 Duke like the angular headlamp with LED DRL, sculpted fuel tank and a sharp rear end. All of it sits on a tubular steel trellis frame that it shares with the rest of the Duke range that includes the 125 Duke, 250 Duke and the 390 Duke as well.
Two colour options
Complementing the styling of the 200 Duke is the paint schemes and sporty graphics it receives. There is the Electronic Orange which comes with the iconic orange and black combination as well as Ceramic White that blends with black graphics and hints of orange highlights.
Motor and cycle parts
Powering the KTM 200 Duke is a 199cc, single-cylinder engine that is capable of producing 24.6bhp and 19.2Nm. It comes mated to a six-speed gearbox. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch wheels at both ends that are suspended from USD forks up front and a monoshock at the rear. As for braking hardware, the KTM 200 Duke comes with disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS as standard.
Price
The KTM 200 Duke is priced at Rs 1.85 lakh, ex-showroom. and it competes with the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V and the Pulsar 200NS in the country.
