- KTM 200 Duke price hiked
- Now priced at Rs 1.90 lakh
- Get no other changes
KTM India has revised the prices of all its models including the 200 Duke- which is its highest selling motorcycle in the country.
The KTM 200 Duke is now priced at Rs 1.90 lakh; a hike of Rs 1,472 over its previous Rs 1.88 lakh price tag. However, despite the price hike, the motorcycle remains the same. It comes powered by a 199cc, single-cylinder engine that churns out 25.4bhp and 19.5Nm. This motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox.
In terms of design, the KTM 200 Duke borrows inspiration from the 250 Duke with similar bodywork. While the 200 can easily be mistaken for the latter, it gets different colour schemes and a conventionally-lit headlamp with LED DRL to set it apart.
Now, the 200 Duke competes with the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V and the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 as well as the Suzuki Gixxer 250 in India. While the Apache costs Rs 1.27 lakh, the Pulsar NS200 is priced at Rs 1.39 lakh. On the other hand, the Gixxer 250 has been priced at Rs 1.79 lakh. (all prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).
