KTM India has updated the 250 Duke in the country, and as a part of the update, the motorcycle is OBD 2 compliant. This has resulted in a marginal price hike of Rs. 1,000. Here are the top five highlights of 2023 KTM 250 Duke.
2023 KTM 250 Duke: New updates
Updates include a new OBD 2 system that allows real-time diagnosis of emissions. Moreover, the OBD 2 system will also help software and mechanical failures. Besides the hardware updates, the 250 Duke is available in two paint schemes - Dark Galvano and Ebony Black.
2023 KTM 250 Duke: Engine specifications
Powering the 250 Duke is the same 248.8cc liquid-cooled engine that is tuned to deliver 29.5bhp at 9,000rpm and 24Nm of peak torque at 7,500rpm. The motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox, along with an assist and slipper clutch as standard.

The 250 Duke packs a decent set of features that comprises LED headlamp and taillight, LCD instrument cluster, LED indicators, and dual-channel ABS with supermoto mode. However, the KTM 250 Duke doesn’t get Bluetooth connectivity.
2023 KTM 250 Duke: Suspension, brakes and wheels
The 250 Duke gets a sporty suspension tune which is offered by the WP upside down dampers and an adjustable WP mono-shock. The motorcycle offers excellent braking performance, assisted by the radially-mounted 320mm front disc, and a 230mm rear disc. The safety net includes dual- channel ABS, which comes with a supermoto mode that allows you to lock the rear wheel when the situation demands. The motorcycle rides on 110/70-17 front and 150/60-17 rear MRF tyres.
