- 390 Enduro R to get 21-18-inch spoke wheels
- 390 Supermoto will ride on 17-inch alloy wheels
- India arrival isn’t confirmed yet
KTM’s 390 Adventure is all set to be completely revamped for 2025. In fact, speculations suggest that it will be available in as many as four majorly different iterations. While the enthusiasts are eagerly waiting for their official debut to take place, some specifications of the Enduro and Supermoto versions of the bike have leaked through what looks like an online brochure.
While the overall bodywork of the KTM 390 Enduro and Supermoto seem identical in the pictures, there is a considerable difference between the wheel sizes and suspension. Typical of its genre, the 390 Supermoto will ride on a pair of 17-inch alloy wheels, certainly with road-biased tyres. The leaked brochure also mentions that it will have shorter suspension travel in relation to other 390s. The Enduro R, meanwhile, will ride on a larger 21-18-inch spoke wheel combination with longer travel suspension.
Courtesy of the distinction in their wheel sizes and suspension travel, the seat height and ground clearance might also differ. The 390 Enduro R could boast a taller seat and a higher ground clearance which will make it more suitable for off-road riding. While the rest of the details about these bikes are under wraps, we expect them to be powered by the same engine as the latest 390 Duke. This 398.63cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled mill produces 45.3bhp and 39Nm. Now, whether KTM changes the tuning of this motor to suit the purpose of the more adventure-centric 390 models remains to be seen.
KTM is expected to unveil the 390 Enduro R and 390 Supermoto at the EICMA show in Milan which is just around the corner. Now, it’s not confirmed yet whether these two models will make it to the Indian shores.
