-KTM to officially launch accessories for the 790 Duke soon
- Prices start from Rs 2,954
-Includes six different accessories
KTM recently launched the 790 Duke in India with a sticker price of Rs 8.63 lakhs (ex-showroom, India). It will also be offering Power Parts accessories for the motorcycle. And while the international markets get a host of aftermarket parts like side panniers and top cases, India is likely to get only five essential accessories. Here’s what the list includes-
Tank pads
The most affordable accessory is the set of tank pads which costs Rs 2,954. The tank pads not only provide more thigh grip but also protect the fuel tank from scratches.
Windshield
KTM is also offering a clear windshield for the 790 Duke at Rs 7,868 which also includes the mounting and screws. The windshield would be a boon while touring and provide decent protection against windblast.
Crash sliders
The crash sliders are available for both the front and rear end and cost Rs 3,575 for a pair. While the front crash sliders save the 790 Duke’s inverted forks, the pair at the rear protects the swingarm in the event of a crash.
Bar-end mirrors
The list of accessories also includes a pair of bar-end mirrors that enhance the 790 Duke’s streetfighter appeal. KTM has priced each black anodized aluminium mirror for Rs 9,866.
KTM MY RIDE
The MY RIDE adapter is KTM’s optional Bluetooth connectivity which allows the rider to receive or reject calls and control music via the switchgear, similar to what the 390 Duke offers as standard. The pricing of the MY RIDE system is yet to be revealed.
