•Likely to be officially unveiled on 14 November
•Official bookings commenced a week ago
•All models to be brought to India via the CBU route
KTM India has shared an invite with us for its biggest launch this year and slated the event for 14 November. It is likely to be for the Austrian brand’s re-entry in the big bike category in India. This news is followed by the official bookings that commenced in the last week of October for the 890 Adventure R, 1390 Super Duke R, and 1390 Super Adventure.
A dealership in Bengaluru recently went under redevelopment as it is set to be KTM’s first flagship store in India. This is being done to house the big bikes which we think will debut in the next two weeks.
All the large-capacity KTM motorcycles will be brought to India via the CBU route. This also means the asking price could be on the higher side and on par with the competition. Further, KTM will probably launch the bigger Dukes and the Adventure models at the India Bike Week this year. Not to mention, the booking amount will vary as per the model and is likely to be between Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 5 lakh.
Post the announcement on 14 November followed by the showcasing at India Bike Week, we expect KTM India to commence the deliveries in January 2025.
