- Both bikes receive minor price increment
- Remain unchanged in all other areas
KTM has hiked the prices of its fully-faired motorcycles, RC125 and RC200, in India. Fortunately, the price hike isn’t substantial this time, unlike the previous one in May which made the bikes quite costlier. While the 125cc iteration costs Rs 1,779 more now, the 200cc supersport is Rs 1,427 more expensive. Mentioned below are the latest ex-showroom (Delhi) prices of both bikes.
KTM RC 125: Rs 2,14,688
KTM RC 200: Rs 1,88,640
We believe the price hike is due to the consistently rising input costs, something that has been responsible for the price increments of many other brands over the last several months. Now, considering their displacement, the RC 200 and RC 125 are the most expensive bikes in their respective classes. However, they have an edge over most other bikes due to their premium equipment, modern features, and enjoyable performance.
The RC 125 is powered by a 124.7cc, liquid-cooled engine that produces 14.75bhp and 12Nm. Meanwhile, its bigger sibling runs on a 199.5cc mill that makes 25.4bhp and 19.5Nm. What’s common in both bikes is the six-speed gearbox, slipper clutch, premium WP suspension setup, ByBre brakes, steel trellis frame, 13.7-litre fuel tank, full-LED lighting, a data-packed fully-digital instrument cluster and MotoGP-inspired design.
