KTM India has announced the Great Ladakh Adventure Tour that will be held between August 21 and September 3, 2021. The 14-day tour will be open for KTM 250 Adventure and 390 Adventure owners.
The Great Ladakh Adventure Tour will go through a specially curated route covering Pangong Tso, Tso Moriri, and Siachen. Riders will cover over 2,300km through multiple terrains like tarmac, hills, sand dunes, dry riverbeds, slush, gravel, mud, river crossing, forests, and twisties.
The route planned is as follows – Chandigarh-Manali-Jispa-Sarchu-Leh-Nubra Valley-Pangong Tso-Tso Moriri-Sarchu-Manali-Chandigarh. KTM India will hold a special set of high-altitude Adventure Academy training at Nubra, which will be conducted at over 12,000 feet.
The tour will be led by KTM Experts who would also conduct pre-tour sessions and train the riders. The tour would cost Rs 35,000. The cost includes the Adventure Sports Insurance cover of up to Rs 5 lakh per person.
