KTM has announced that the Mumbai edition of its zonal flagship event, the Orange Day, will take place on February 28. The event will take place at 4.30 pm onwards in the parking area of Inorbit Mall in Malad.
The Orange Day is an event which helps the customers realise the racing potential of the Duke 200 and the recently launched RC200. Owners of KTM motorcycles get the chance to test their riding skills and put their motorcycles through the paces on a specially laid out track, at the event. The event also gives enthusiasts a chance to interact with other like-minded KTM Duke owners.
KTM will also set up special service camps and stalls for Power wear and Power parts at the venue. While the Orange Day event only saw racing classes for the Duke 200 and RC390 until now, this edition will see the fully-faired RC200 motorcycles compete against each other for the first time in Mumbai.
KTM has a very unique marketing strategy where it conducts many different events like the Orange Tour Orange, Stunt Ride as well as the Orange Day. Events like these attract an enthusiast audience and help the Austrian manufacturer promote the ‘Ready to Race’ image of its motorcycles.
