-KTM RC 125 deliveries begin
-Priced at Rs 1.47 lakhs
-Available in two colour options
KTM launched its smallest, fully-faired offering, the RC 125 in India on 20 June. Just five days after its launch, few KTM dealerships across the country have started deliveries of the motorcycle.
The RC 125 comes with a sticker price of Rs 1.47 lakhs (ex-showroom) that is Rs 17,000 over its naked counterpart; the 125 Duke. For the extra monies, the RC 125 offers a full-fairing, clip-on handlebar, projector-headlamps with LED DRLs and an aggressive riding position.
However, the engine, frame and cycle part is identical to the 125 Duke. The motorcycle is powered by a 124cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 14.3bhp of power and 12Nm of torque. The RC 125 rides on inverted forks up front and a monoshock at the rear sourced from WP Suspension. Meanwhile, the braking is done with a 300mm front disc and a 230mm rear disc with a single-channel ABS.
KTM is offering the RC 125 in two dual-tone colours- white and orange. In terms of competition, the bike goes head-on against the Yamaha YZF-R15 V3 in the country.
