KTM to organize second Orange Day in Pune

KTM is organising an Orange Day in Pune next month, making it the first city to have a second Orange Day. The last Pune event was conducted on September 2, 2012 at the Downtown Racing Track in Kharadi.

All Duke owners can participate in this event. They can also take one friend along to the event. The event will consist of an introduction, a basic session on safety, theory and a practical session conducted by experts followed by some on-track practice. The fastest riders will get a chance to race on the track. There will also be a service clinic where Duke 200s will be checked and serviced for free.

Spectators also have a reason to cheer; stunts will be performed by professional stunt riders on the Duke as part of the show. Proper riding gear is the basic requirement without which the rider won’t be allowed to participate any of the track events. In the last Orange Day event, KTM had rented out riding gear to fellow riders, but only a few sets are available.

With the KTM Duke 390 to be launched early next year in India, we might see more events like this being conducted by KTM which will be a great opportunity for riders who always wanted to experience such an event.
