- To be offered in four or more colour options
- Will feature dual-tone paint schemes
- Powered by a 451.65cc, liquid-cooled motor
The Royal Enfield Himalayan 452’s launch is around the corner and new images of its various colour options have now been leaked online. The new spy images show the Himalayan 452 in four different colours – yellow and black, red and grey, grey and blue, and white with grey. Moreover, the former option also gets golden-coloured spoke wheels.
Apart from that, a few more images that were recently shared on social media, reveal even more details of the Himalayan 452. It shows that the 452 is a massive upgrade over the existing model. It gets a new LED headlight, revised fuel tank with jerry can holders, split seat, and a two-piece grab-rail. On closer inspection, the white-coloured model is seen with cross-spoke wheels, whereas the remaining three have conventional units. So, Royal Enfield could offer both tubed and tubeless tyres.
Then, the motor of the new Himalayan 452 will be a 451.65cc, liquid-cooled motor. It will belt out 39.57bhp at 8,000rpm, and about 40-45Nm. The motor will be linked to a six-speed gearbox. It will also feature full LED illumination, side stand cut-off, ABS, fully digital console, and smartphone connectivity. Riders will also be able to mirror the phone on the bike’s cluster to use Google Maps for navigation.
The hardware comprises USD front forks and an offset monoshock with a single disc brake at both ends. These are mounted on a probable 21-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel setup wrapped in CEAT tyres.
We will ride the bike at the end of this month and the global debut could happen on 7 November.
