The 2023 Suzuki Gixxer 250 has been launched in the Japanese market at a manufacturer's suggested retail price of 4,81,800 yen (Rs 2.97 lakh). The 2023 model retains the design of the previous version but comes with new paint themes.

The styling cues comprise a single-pod headlight, a muscular fuel tank with shrouds, a split-style seat, a twin-pod exhaust, a split-style pillion grabrail, and 10-spoke aluminium cast wheels. Meanwhile, the feature list comprises an LED headlight, LED taillight, Suzuki Easy Start System, a fully-digital instrument cluster, and a dual-channel ABS. This quarter-litre, made-in-India motorcycle is available in two colours – Matte Stella Blue Metallic and Matte Black Metallic – in the Japanese market.
2023 Suzuki Gixxer 250: Hardware and Engine
The motorcycle is built around a diamond frame and uses telescopic front forks and a seven-step preload adjustable rear mono-shock to handle the suspension duties. Then, the anchoring tasks are handled by single disc brakes on both wheels. It boasts a 12-litre fuel tank and tips the weighing scale at 154kg. The mechanical specifications include a 249cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, this motor produces a maximum output of 25.4bhp at 9,000rpm and 22Nm of peak torque at 7,300rpm.
