Royal Enfield has announced the launch of its newest motorcycle, the Super Meteor 650, in the United Kingdom with on-road prices starting from GBP 6,799 (Rs 6.75 lakh). The Astral range, which comprises three colours, is the most affordable on the list, while the Celestial series carries the highest price.

All variants of the Super Meteor 650 series use the 648cc, parallel-twin, air/oil-cooled motor that makes a maximum output of 46.3bhp at 7,250rpm and a peak torque of 52.3Nm at 5,650rpm. This engine is linked to a six-speed gearbox. In the UK, this motorcycle complies with the A2 license norms. Further, the RE Assured three-year package covers the warranty and roadside assistance for the vehicle.
Back home, Royal Enfield has launched the Super Meteor 650 and has commenced the bookings for the motorcycle. Meanwhile, the deliveries are expected to commence very soon.
