TVS Motor Company has launched the Apache RTR 200 4V with single-channel ABS in India. The motorcycle is priced at Rs 1,23, 500 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
This variant is nearly Rs 5,000 more affordable than the dual-channel ABS version which retails at Rs 1,28,550 (ex-showroom, Delhi). However apart from the new braking system, the motorcycle remains the same. The Apache RTR 200 4V with single-channel ABS or as TVS calls it- 'Supermoto ABS', continues to sport the full-LED headlamp, sharp tank extensions, and is offered in two colours- Pearl White and Gloss Black.
Powering the motorcycle is a 197cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled, and fuel-injected engine that churns out 19.9bhp of power and 16.8Nm of torque. It comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. The new Apache RTR 200 4V variant also gets the same features that include the Bluetooth-enabled LCD instrument cluster and GTT (Glide Through Traffic) technology.
