Italian manufacturer Moto Guzzi has unveiled the V7 III Carbon Shine and Carbon Dark in international markets. The bikes are limited to 1921 units worldwide.
Based on the V7 III Milano, the bikes sport different paint schemes and carbon fibre on the front fender, side panels and rear fender. Both bikes are serially numbered with a plate fixed on the handlebar risers. The V7 III Carbon Shine gets its tank, passenger grab rails, headlamp bezel, mirrors and exhaust finished in black chrome. On the other hand, the V7 III Carbon Dark sports a matte black paint scheme with matte black components. The bike also gets contrasting red highlights on the engine head cover, tank logo, brake callipers and seat stitching.
The bikes continue to be powered by a 750cc V-twin engine that produces 51bhp at 6,200rpm and 60Nm of torque at 4,900rpm. Like the rest of the V7 III range, the Carbon Shine and Carbon Dark sport neo-retro styling. While the Carbon Shine looks more retro thanks to the abundant use of chrome, the Carbon Dark has a more modern appeal.
Moto Guzzi has priced the V7 III Carbon Shine at USD 9,990 (Rs 6.79 lakhs) and the Carbon Dark version at USD 9,690 (Rs 6.59 lakhs). The bikes are highly unlikely to be sold in India anytime soon. However, Moto Guzzi retails the V9 Bobber and V9 Roamer in the country.
