- Unveiled at the Moto Guzzi Open House.
- Gets cosmetic updates and an Ohlins suspension setup.
- Likely to arrive in India sometime next year.
Moto Guzzi has unveiled the V9 Bobber Sport at the manufacturer’s Open House event in Mandello del Lario, Italy.
Based on the standard V9 Bobber thatis sold in India, the Bobber Sport is inspired by flat-track racers of the WWII era. It gets a flattened single seat, a short front fender and a black fly screen as standard. To further set it apart from the standard bike, the sport gets a unique burnt orange and black colour scheme. While the bike retains the telescopic front forks, it sports an Ohlins twin-shock setup at the rear.
Apart from these changes the Bobber Sport remains the same as the standard bike. It uses the 853cc, V-twin engine that produces 54bhp and 62Nm of torque and is mated to a six-speed gearbox. The V9 Bobber Sport will go on sale in international markets by next month. We can expect Moto Guzzi to launch the bike in India sometime next year.
