KTM India has announced the launch of the 2022 RC125 in our market at an ex-showroom (Delhi) price tag of Rs 1,81,913. This entry-level RC series model from the Austrian manufacturer is available in a single variant and two colour options – Dark Galvano and Ceramic White.
The Dark Galvano paint scheme features a stealthy look with a black base colour. This option features orange highlights and matching paint for the chassis, sub-frame, and the alloy wheels. The Ceramic White version uses a dual-tone theme. This version uses white as the base paint along with highlights of orange. The shade of orange is visible on the fuel tank, fairing, and rear panels. The chassis features black paint while the sub-frame and wheels get an orange finish.
The 2022 KTM RC125 gets major styling changes and updated features over the old model. The motorcycle now features a revised front fascia, a larger fuel tank (from 9.5-litre to 13.7-litre) sharper fairing, updated seat design, and lightweight wheels. The mechanical specifications, however, remain unaltered. Thus, the 2022 KTM RC125 continues to use a BS6-compliant 124cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the motor produces 14.75bhp and 12Nm of peak torque.
