2023 Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid: Engine Specifications
The 2023 Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid retains the 125cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with fuel injection technology. This motor is tuned to deliver a maximum output of 8bhp at 6,500rpm and a peak torque of 10.3Nm at 5,000rpm. While the displacement remains unchanged for 2023, the latest iteration of the scooter benefits from an OBD-II sensor and is compatible with E-20 fuel. The OBD-II sensor aims to track data about the engine’s health and performance in real time.
2023 Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid: Styling and Colours

The disc variant of the Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid is now available in the all-new Dark Matte Blue colour. Other paint options for this 125cc scooter include Vivid Red, Yellow Cocktail, Cyan Blue, Metallic Black, Cool Blue Metallic, and Dark Matte Blue. 2023 Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid: Features
The feature list is similar to the previous version and thus the 2023 iteration of the 125cc scooter retains Bluetooth connectivity that works with the Y-Connect smartphone application. However, this feature is only available on the disc brake version of the scooter. The data available on the Yamaha Y-Connect app includes a fuel consumption tracker, maintenance recommendations, last parking location, malfunction notification, revs dashboard, and rider ranking.
The Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid also retains the Intelligent Power Assist system that is designed to deliver an additional thrust utilising the Smart Motor Generator (SMG) system. The SMG system doubles up as an electric motor to offer additional power when the rider accelerates from a stop or while climbing steep inclines. Other features on this scooter include automatic stop/start system, side-stand engine cut-off function, and combined braking system. Do note that while the Disc brake variant comes with LED lighting, the Drum version uses halogen units.
