- Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 listed on India website
- India launch expected soon
- All four bikes are now BS6 compliant
Aprilia has listed the New RSV4, Tuono V4 and their respective Factory variants on its official India website. The company had unveiled both the bikes in January this year. Now with the addition of these two bikes and their respective factory variants, the company has a total of six bikes in its portfolio.
The design of the RSV4 is inspired by the RS660. The fully faired motorcycle is equipped with all LED lights and a single piece scooped-out seat. Powering the bike is a 1099cc motor which produces 214bhp at 13000rpm and 125Nm at 10,500rpm. A different suspension setup and an additional colour option is used to differentiate it from its factory variant.
The Tuono V4 comes with front fairing, an edgy side profile and a colour TFT display. It gets a scooped-out seat for the rider and a flat seat for the pillion with rear grab handle. Safety features like APRC with Ride-by-Wire, traction control and cruise control are also offered. Its aluminum frame accomodates a 1077cc motor that churns out 173bhp of power and 121Nm of twist.
With the listing of the RSV4, Tuono V4 and their reflective factory variants on the official site, the launch is expected soon in the Indian market. The RSV4 is offered in only one colour option, Dark Losail. Meanwhile, its factory variant is offered in two - Lava Red and Aprilia Black. The Tuono V4 gets two colour options - Tarmac Grey and Glacier White. Meanwhile, its factory variant comes with only one colour option - Aprilia Black. Upon its arrival in the Indian market these bikes will compete against the BMW S 1000XR, Kawasaki Z H2, BMW R18 and the Ducati Streetfighter V4
