Bajaj Auto is all set to launch the new Pulsar N125 soon in India. The motorcycle will be Bajaj’s answer to the likes of the TVS Raider 125 and the Hero Xtreme 125R. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming Bajaj Pulsar N125.
Product positioning
According to Bajaj, the new Pulsar N125 will be an ‘urban’ offering. So, it is expected to be a premium commuter with youthful and sporty styling. Images of the test prototypes have suggested that the Pulsar N125 will feature split seats, muscular-looking fuel tank extensions, and an LED headlamp.
Engine details
Powering the new Bajaj Pulsar N125 will be the same 125cc, single-cylinder motor that powers the current Pulsar 125. However, Bajaj is expected to tweak the engine characteristics to lend it a sporty character. It will be paired with a five-speed gearbox.
Cycle parts
In terms of hardware, the motorcycle will be handled by telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock. Meanwhile, the braking duties will be taken care of by a disc brake up front and a rear drum brake. However, Bajaj could also offer a rear disc brake variant with single-channel ABS.

The upcoming Bajaj Pulsar N125 will be launched in India on 16 October, 2024. It is expected to be priced at around Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 1 lakh mark (ex-showroom) and will compete against the TVS Raider 125 and the Hero Xtreme 125R.
