When Bajaj Motorcycles launched the RS200 for the Indian market, it launched this fully-faired motorcycle in just two colours – red and yellow.
However, during the launch, one of the Bajaj officials confirmed that there is a third colour that will hit the showrooms in the next few weeks and looks like that has finally happened. A black-golden colour variant of the Pulsar RS200 has been spied in a dealership.
The Pulsar RS200 has been doing well in the premium commuter motorcycle market. While we were not surprised with its sales performance, we were taken aback when Bajaj launched the bike in just two colour options. A product at such a price point should always come with more than three colour options, which helps the company cater to a wide range of audience.
Other than the new black-golden paint scheme, the Pune-based manufacturer had showcased the RS200 in other international markets with blue paint scheme as well. However, we believe this colour option will be given through the RS400 which is expected to launch early next year.
