Ducati has announced that it will reveal new details about its newest naked roadster motorcycle, the Streetfighter V4 on 25 March 2020. The company has announced through its social media channels that it will be live-streaming the presentation about the Streetfighter V4.
The company has not revealed many details about the itinerary of the presentation, but it stated on its social channels that the company engineers and technicians will tell more about the Streetfighter V4. Apart from the technical presentation, Ducati may also announce details about the launch timeline for the vehicle.
The new Ducati Streetfighter V4 was unveiled in October last year. The motorcycle was voted as the most beautiful bike at 2019 EICMA. The naked roadster is based on Ducati’s fully-faired Panigale V4. The Streetfighter V4 features a minimalistic look along with upright ergonomics. Similar to the Panigale V4, the Streetfighter V4 also benefits from biplane aerofoils that are claimed to generate 28kg of downforce at 270kmph.
The new Streetfighter V4 shares 1103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine with the Panigale V4. The V4 engine produces 205bhp of maximum power at 12,750rpm. The optional full-racing Ducati Performance exhaust by Akrapovič system increases the power output to 216bhp.
The company has currently stopped the production at its plant in Bologna, Italy due to the ongoing Coronavirus breakout. The last date of the production halt is 25 March.
