Ducati India has commenced the deliveries of the Hypermotard 950 RVE in our market. A few units of the motorcycle were recently delivered by the company’s Mumbai dealership, Ducati Infinity to their respective owners.
The Indian market gets two variants of the Hypermotard 950 range – Hypermotard 950 RVE and Hypermotard 950 SP. The RVE variant is available at Rs 12.99 lakh while the SP edition, which features higher-spec hardware, has been priced at Rs 16.24 lakh (both ex-showroom, India). The latest iteration of the Hypermotard range is powered by a BS6-compliant 937cc Ducati Testastretta 11-degree V-twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 112.4bhp at 9,000rpm and 96Nm of peak torque at 7,250rpm
The styling cues on both variants include a twin under-seat exhaust setup, minimal bodywork, a trellis frame, a trellis sub-frame, a wide handlebar, a flat seat, 17-inch wheels, and knuckle-guards integrated front LED blinkers. The Hypermotard 950 RVE gets a 'Graffiti' livery while the Hypermotard 950 SP features the new 'SP' colour.
