The new Ducati Multistrada V4 is showing promising sales performance. The Italian two-wheeler manufacturer announced that the new Multistrada V4 has crossed the 5,000-unit sales mark since its launch in the international markets six months ago. The 5,000th unit of the motorcycle was a V4 S Sport version in full configuration. The buyer, Karl-Heinz Lebensieg, received a sculptural reproduction of the Multistrada V4 along with a personal letter certifying the motorcycle's serial number.
Internationally, the new Ducati Multistrada V4 is available in three variants – V4, V4 S, and the V4 S Sport. The company will soon introduce the Pikes Peak variant of the motorcycle. The Pikes Peak version will benefit from 17-inch wheels on both ends, a single-sided swingarm, and an Akrapovic exhaust system.
The Multistrada V4 is expected to arrive in India soon, and select Ducati dealers have already started the unofficial bookings for the motorcycle. Ducati dealers in the country are accepting the bookings for the standard and the S model. The flagship adventure tourer from the Italian brand uses a new 1,158cc, 90-degree V-layout, four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 168bhp at 10,000rpm and 125Nm of peak torque at 8,750rpm.
