Ducati has revealed the new Multistrada V4, and the latest iteration of the motorcycle is expected to arrive in the Indian market in future. While we await the Indian launch announcement, here we bring you a detailed image gallery of the ADV-sports tourer.
The new Multistrada V4 will be sold in three variants – V4, V4 S, and V4 S Sport.
The standard Multistrada V4 will be available in Red colour. The V4 S, on the other hand, will be sold in two colour options – Red and Aviator Grey. The Multistrada V4 S Sport will get a dedicated livery.
The Ducati Multistrada V4 S will be available with both alloy wheels and spoked wheels. The cross-spoke wheels will be tubeless tyre compatible.
The Multistrada V4 S Sport will get Performance package with Akrapovič exhaust and a carbon front fender as standard.
Ducati will offer new package of configurations from the factory – Essential, Travel, Radar, Performance, and Full.
The new Multistrada V4 pack features such as a twin-pod headlight, an adjustable windscreen, a 22-litre fuel tank, split-style seats, an aluminium monocoque frame, a 19-inch front wheel, and a double-sided swingarm.
The new ADV-sports tourer is powered by a 1,158cc, 90-degree V-layout, four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 168bhp at 10,000rpm and 125Nm of peak torque at 8,750rpm. The motor is linked to a six-speed transmission.
The oil change interval is scheduled every 15,000km, while a valve clearance check and eventual adjustment are required every 60,000km.
The comprehensive electronic package on the standard Multistrada V4 includes ABS Cornering, Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC), and Ducati Traction Control (DTC).
The Multistrada V4 S further benefits from Cornering Lights (DCL), Vehicle Hold Control (VHC), and the semi-active Ducati Skyhook Suspension (DSS) control system with Autoleveling function.
The Multistrada V4 comes with a front and rear radar system, which allows the use of Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Blind Spot Detection (BSD).
