Ducati has added a new motorcycle to the Scrambler range called the Nightshift. The motorcycle could make its way to India sometime early next year. Until then, feast your eyes on the newest Scrambler through this detailed image gallery.
The Ducati Scrambler Nightshift is based on the Scrambler Icon. It replaces the Cafe Racer and Full Throttle models that were part of the Italian manufacturer’s 2019-2020 portfolio globally.
And as its name suggests, the newest addition to the Scrambler family gets a dark theme. So there’s this interesting silver shade with hints of blue in the paint.
Then there are the bar-end mirrors, spoke wheels wrapped in dual-sport tyres a different seat and number plates on the side, and a cross-stitched seat as well. It’s as if Ducati created the Nightshift using elements of the two motorcycles it replaces.
Nevertheless, the rest of the motorcycle remains the same as the other Scramblers. It uses a Euro5-compliant 803cc, air-cooled, L-twin engine that makes 72bhp at 8,250rpm and 66.2Nm of peak torque at 5,750rpm. The engine is linked to a six-speed gearbox.
As for features, the Ducati Scrambler Nightshift comes equipped with a round LCD instrument cluster, LED DRL in the headlamp flanked by custom-style LED indicators. It also gets cornering ABS, a hydraulic clutch as well as adjustable clutch and brake levers.
