The new Streetfighter V4 was launched in the Indian market on 13 May, 2021 with prices starting from Rs 19.99 lakh onwards. Ducati India will offer its flagship naked roadster in two variants. The standard version of the Streetfighter V4, which will be available in Ducati Red colour option, is available at Rs 19.99 lakh. The naked roadster uses the same Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine that also powers the Panigale V4. The six-speed transmission on the motorcycle benefits from a slipper and an assist clutch and a quick-shifter system.
The two variants are distinguished by their respective hardware. The standard version gets manually-adjustable Showa BPF front forks and a Sachs mono-shock at the back. The premium S variant, on the other hand, gets electronically-adjustable Ohlins NIX30 front forks and Ohlins TTX36 rear mono-shock.
