Honda 2Wheelers India has commenced the deliveries of its newly launched motorcycle, the CB300F in our market. This new product from the Indian arm of the Japanese manufacturer was launched here in two variants – DLX and DLX PRO. The PRO variant benefits from Bluetooth connectivity while the DLX model misses the feature. The remaining features and specifications are identical on both variants.
Thus, both variants use the same 293cc, oil-cooled, four-valve, SOHC engine that produces a maximum output of 23.8bhp and 25.6Nm of peak torque. The motor is linked to a six-speed gearbox that benefits from a slipper and an assist clutch mechanism. The feature list across the variants includes dual-channel ABS, traction control system, full-LED lighting, and a digital instrument cluster.
The hardware comprises upside-down front forks, a five-step adjustable rear monoshock, a 276mm front disc, a 220mm rear rotor, and 17-inch alloys. The DLX model is priced at Rs 2.26 lakh while the DLX PRO variant, which gets Bluetooth connectivity, is available at Rs 2.29 lakh.
