- Honda CB350 Scrambler to debut next month
- Expected to get more blacked-out components
- Is likely to be priced higher than the H’Ness CB350
Honda has teased a new motorcycle that is likely to be based on the H’Ness CB350. The manufacturer has also revealed that the motorcycle will debut in India on 16 February.
Now, the teaser image reveals the rear end of the motorcycle that hints at it being a scrambler-styled motorcycle. And the most prominent element here is the dual-purpose tyre fitted onto what looks like a 17-inch wheel.
Furthermore, the seat also gets a ribbed pattern-another sign that it could have a scrambler design. Interestingly though, the motorcycle sports the same tail lamp and turn indicators as the CB300R but comes with the chrome suspension setup on the retro CB350. Besides that, we expect the new CB350 version to come with more blacked-out components for a modern appeal.
The new motorcycle is expected to come powered by the same 348cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled mill as the CB350. It could also have similar power figures as the latter. As for features, the new scrambler-esque CB350 is likely to continue with the Honda Selectable Torque Control, Bluetooth-enabled instrument cluster and LED lighting all around. It likely to be priced at a slight premium over the H’Ness CB350 which is available in two variants priced at Rs 1.86 lakh and Rs 1.92 lakh each. (ex-showroom).
