Honda has announced the launch of the new CB350RS in the Indian market with prices starting from Rs 1.96 lakh. The motorcycle rivals the likes of the Royal Enfield Meteor 350, Jawa 42, and the Benelli Imperiale 400. Here we bring you a detailed image gallery of the new Honda CB350RS.
The new CB350RS features a contemporary design that is complemented by features such as full-LED lighting and a semi-digital instrument cluster. The CB350RS is built around a half-duplex cradle frame in steel pipe.
The styling cues include a round headlight, underseat taillight, round rear-view mirrors, Y-shaped alloy wheels, a skid plate, and black smoked front and rear fender.
The saddle features a tuck and roll design for the rider while the pillion grabrail gets a sporty look.
The motorcycle will be sold in two colours – Radiant Red Metallic and Black with Pearl Sports Yellow. The Black with Pearl Sports Yellow colour features a dual-tone finish.
Mechanical specifications are similar to the H’Ness CB350. Thus, the new CB350RS, too, uses a 350cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 20.7bhp at 5,500rpm and 30Nm of peak torque at 3,000rpm. The engine is linked to a five-speed transmission that benefits from a slipper and an assist clutch mechanism.
The suspension tasks are handled by telescopic front forks and twin rear springs. The anchoring setup includes a 310mm single disc at the front and a 240mm single disc at the rear.
The CB350RS uses Y-shaped alloy wheels that are shod in wide-pattern 100/90-19 front and 150/70-17 rear tyres.
The premium feature list comprises a semi-digital instrument cluster, Honda Selectable Torque Control, dual-channel ABS, engine start/stop switch, and a hazard light button.
