Classic Legends’ newest offering- the Jawa 42 Bobber was launched in India recently and is being offered in a choice of three colour options. And the price you’d have to pay depends on which paint option you choose.
The Mystic Copper colour option is the most affordable of the lot and comes in at Rs 2.06 lakh. You could also have the Jawa 42 Bobber in Moonstone White that is priced slightly higher at Rs 2.07 lakh. Both these choices are offered in colour-matched side panels. Then there is the dual-tone Jasper Red. This paint option on the new Jawa mixes white with red on the fuel tank while the side panels have been done up in black.
Now, the Jawa 42 Bobber is based on the same platform as the brand’s top-of-the-line Perak. So, the chassis, cycle parts and engine are all the same. What is majorly different though, is the styling. The Jawa 42 Bobber is on the other side of the colour spectrum compared to the dark-themed Perak. Moreover, the brand has also added chrome on the engine casing, headlamp cowl and exhaust tips to set it apart.
In addition to this, Jawa has also revised the ergonomics on the 42 Bobber. It has claimed to make the suspension plusher than the Perak with the rider triangle more relaxed too. As for features, the 42 Bobber also boast of a comparatively better list that includes full-LED lighting and a digital instrument cluster.
