- New KTM 125 Duke priced at Rs 1,38, 041 (ex-showroom, Delhi)
- Gets a BS6-compliant 124cc engine
- Deliveries to begin by end of February
The new KTM 125 Duke BS6 is now available in India with a price tag of Rs 1.38 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). It cost a premium of Rs 5,541 over the previous model which was priced at Rs 1.32 lakhs.
As part of the update, the 125 Duke only benefits from a BS6-compliant, 199cc, single-cylinder engine which produces 14.5bhp and 12Nm of torque; same as the BS4 model. Apart from this, the motorcycle remains the same.
It continues with the same styling that was inspired by the previous 200 Duke. The new 125 Duke also rides on the same inverted forks up front and a monoshock at the rear. Meanwhile braking is taken care of by a 300mm disc for the front and a 230mm disc for the rear with a single-channel ABS.
KTM is offering the 125 Duke in a choice of two dual-tone colours- white and black along with orange and black. Bookings for the motorcycle have begun although deliveries will take place only by the end of February.
