- New 390 Duke offered in two paint schemes and refreshed graphics
- Comes with bi-directional quickshifter as standard
- To be priced at Rs 2.52 lakhs (ex-showroom)
KTM is set to officially launch the new 390 Duke in India soon. However, the motorcycle has already started to arrive at dealerships, revealing that the new model will be available in two distinctive colour schemes.
The new 390 Duke is offered in a matte silver paint on the tank extensions. It comes in combination with black on the upper part of the fuel tank, sub-frame, rear section and front fender. The second colour scheme is a revised version of the white and orange colour which was available with the BS4 model. Both colour options sport revised graphics that are minimal as compared to the bold decals that featured on the outgoing 390 Duke.
Apart from the new colour schemes, KTM has fitted the new 390 Duke with a bi-directional quickshifter as standard that also features on the recently launched 390 Adventure. The motorcycle now uses a BS6-compliant version of the 373cc, single-cylinder engine. While power figures are yet to be confirmed, we believe it wont stray away from the 43bhp and 37Nm torque output.
The new KTM 390 Duke is priced at Rs 2.52 lakhs (ex-showroom) which is a premium of Rs 5,000 over the BS4 model. Considering the updates it receives, KTM has managed to keep the 390 Duke as a value-for-money product.
