Sandhar Amkin Industries, a motorcycle riding gear startup, has launched its Mavox range of full-face and half-face helmets. The Mavox line-up consists of three models which include OX10, OX11 and FX Max and they start from Rs 1,500 and go up to Rs 3,000. These helmets reportedly feature UV resistant paint job on the shell, tight visor fitment for water resistance and compact design for convenient usability. The available sizes of helmets include 560mm, 570mm, 580mm and 600mm. Notably, these Mavox range of helmets are ISI certified.
Samdhar Amkin Industries has recently ventured into the riding gear business and has set up a manufacturing plant in Manesar. This facility has the capacity of churning out 20 lakh helmets annually and the manufacturer aims to increase it depending on the demand from buyers. The company has acquired an investment of Rs 250 million till now. Looking at the current market demand, it is aiming at delivering gear which are highly accessible as well as safe. Meanwhile, the company is also working on introducing a range of safety and lifestyle riding accessories.
