Royal Enfield has launched its second-most affordable motorcycle in India, the new Bullet 350. It has received quite a few updates in its latest generation, and here, we have list them all.
Has the Bullet 350 received any design changes?
Royal Enfield has made only subtle changes to the Bullet 350’s design. It now gets a slightly longer front fender, the tank’s shape has been altered a bit, and the seat, too, has been changed. But apart from that, the new bike looks identical to the previous generation. It retains the round headlight, chrome-coloured parts, and the old-school overall design.
What are the engine specifications of the latest model of the Bullet 350?
The new Bullet 350 uses the same engine as the current Classic 350, Hunter 350, and the Meteor 350. It’s a 349cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 20.2bhp at 6,100rpm and 27Nm of peak torque at 4,000rpm. The motor is linked to a five-speed gearbox.
What features does the new Bullet 350 get?
The latest Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is quite bare basic on the feature front. It gets bulb illumination throughout and comes with a semi-digital instrument cluster. The latter includes an analogue console with a digital inset for the fuel level readout, trip meter, and more. It also misses out on the tripper navigation that the brand usually offers as an add-on to its other bikes.
Are there any hardware updates for the Royal Enfield Bullet 350?
Royal Enfield has used a new chassis for the latest Bullet. It has been designed to house the new J-series motor. The bike rides on telescopic front forks and dual rear shocks, while the braking duties are handled by a front and rear disc brake. However, the base model comes with a rear drum brake unit and single-channel ABS.
What’s the asking price for the new Bullet 350?
Royal Enfield has priced the new Bullet 350 at Rs. 1.73 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Bullet 350 is priced above the Hunter 350 and sits below the Classic 350. The official bookings have commenced today and the deliveries will begin from 3 September.
